It may happen that a product's battery must be replaced.
Incorrect use is usually the reason that the battery is no longer working properly.
We do not want to let you down with a product that does not work optimally and therefore we offer this service.
Via this link you can order a spare battery:

On the picture next to it are the steps depicted below.
1. Place the Gear and Audio XD100 with the grill down on a soft surface.
2. Remove the screws on the rear.
3. You will see that the battery is glued to the baseboard.
Carefully remove the battery (eg using a spatula).
4. Provide a flat surface to immediately place the new battery, so remove any glue residues.
5. Draw a line at exactly 4cm distance from the rear.
6. The new battery must be glued to this line. It is advisable to use hot glue (glue gun).
The new battery will be slightly thicker than the original, making it necessary for precision.
7. Be careful with screwing the 2 shortest screws, they are facing a PCB.
8. Gently push the casing against the screw holes (and screws).
Do not force anything, confirmation points could break down.
If you are not yet available, we advise you to contact the file where you purchased the product.
